By using this website and placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under Indian law.

3. Account & Guest Checkout

You may shop on our website either by creating a customer account or by using the guest checkout option. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

4. Products

We sell farm-fresh mangoes sourced directly from farmers. As a natural agricultural product, mangoes may show minor variations in size, colour, ripeness, and appearance. Such variations are inherent to fresh produce and are not considered defects.

Product images on the website are for illustrative purposes. We make every reasonable effort to display colours and details accurately, but the appearance of the actual produce may differ slightly.

5. Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including in cases of:

• Product unavailability or harvest shortages
• Errors in product description, pricing, or images
• Suspected fraudulent or unauthorised transactions
• Delivery PIN codes that are not serviceable

If an order is cancelled by us after payment, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

Minimum order value: There is no minimum order value to place an order. However, free shipping is offered on orders above ₹999.

6. Pricing & Payment

All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change product prices, offers, and shipping charges at any time without prior notice. Prices applicable to your order will be those displayed at the time of order placement.

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We accept major debit and credit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets supported by the gateway. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment realisation.

7. Shipping & Delivery

8. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Given the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.

Replacements or refunds are offered only in the following cases:

• The product was delivered damaged or spoilt due to mishandling in transit
• The wrong product was shipped
• The shipment was not delivered due to courier or logistics failure

Mandatory unboxing video: To raise a claim for damage or wrong items, customers must submit a clear, unedited unboxing video that captures the entire opening of the parcel from a sealed state. Claims without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.

Claims must be raised within 24 hours of delivery by emailing support@vilayamfarms.com or contacting us on +91 9247931599 along with the unboxing video, order ID, and clear photographs of the issue.

On approval of a valid claim, we will, at our discretion, either dispatch a replacement of the affected items or process a refund. Where a replacement is not feasible, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method and typically reflects within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Natural variations such as minor blemishes, slight differences in size or colour, or differences in ripeness do not qualify as damage and are not eligible for replacement or refund.

9. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled by the customer only before dispatch by contacting us at support@vilayamfarms.com or +91 9247931599. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

We reserve the right to cancel orders post-dispatch in cases of repeated failed delivery attempts, incorrect address, or unreachable customer, as outlined in the Shipping Policy.

10. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the website, including but not limited to:

• Placing fraudulent orders or providing false information
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users’ accounts
• Uploading harmful code, viruses, or content that violates applicable laws
• Using the website for any unlawful or commercial purpose without our written consent

We are not liable for delays, non-performance, or losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, weather disruptions, transport strikes, government actions, pandemics, or courier failures.
